We are planning on conducting our quarterly congregational meeting at 9am on July 18^th. This will be an in-person meeting held in the gym at the church. We expect to be finished between 10 and 10:30am. In order to provide adequate social distancing for those in attendance, you must RSVP using this Signup Genius Link.
Please note: THIS WILL NOT BE THE SAME SIGNUP FOR SUNDAY SERVICE. You must reserve your spot for that Sunday’s worship service separately per the usual signup in the weekly email that you have been receiving.
The church will not be able to provide food or childcare as we have in the past. However, we would like to facilitate an opportunity for church families to eat and fellowship on the front lawn following the conclusion of the meeting—this is one of the reasons we are starting slightly earlier than usual. We encourage you to bring food and something to sit on for you and your family. The playground will be available for children both during and after the meeting. Plan on staying as long as you like.
