The
Evangelical Free Church of Salt Lake City has a long and important
role in the Salt Lake Valley. It started out as the Swedish Evangelical
Free Mission in 1890. The church has lived in 5 different buildings
(some of which still stand today) and the current congregation
maintains the integrity of its rich past.
This
history for the Evangelical Free Church of Salt Lake City was
originally compiled by Arnold Brown through personal interviews
and other research materials. Formatted for the web and organized
here by Lance Wilson. This is only a "small" look at
an entire church history that is chronicled in files located in
our church office.
